Good To Know Before You Book
- Two self-catering apartments, each sleeping four guests. Book both for up to eight.
- Book one apartment and the pool, gardens and rooftop are shared with the other guests.
- Self-catering only. No cook and no meals, including on request.
- Children are welcome from age twelve. Cots and extra beds are not available.
- Pets are not allowed on the estate.
- Housekeeping once a week. Housekeeper lives on site and is available at any hour.
- Night guard on site from six in the evening until six in the morning.
- On-site parking for up to five cars. Towels provided, beach chairs are not.
- M-Pesa and international card payments accepted.

From Ukunda Airstrip
About ten minutes by road. Taxis and tuk-tuks wait at the airstrip, and we can arrange a driver if you let us know your arrival time.
From Moi International Airport
Roughly ninety minutes from Mombasa, including the Likoni ferry crossing. Allow extra time during peak hours and holidays.
Getting To The Beach
Diani Beach is one thousand metres away, about fifteen minutes on foot along the street. Many guests prefer to drive or take a tuk-tuk.
