Each apartment sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and the second bedroom has its own bathroom located outside the room. Every window is fitted with a mosquito net. Extra beds and cots are not available.
Kitchen And Self-Catering
Both apartments are fully self-catering. Each has a complete kitchen with a pantry and washing machine, a dining area, and a lounge with satellite television. Meals are not provided and there is no cook on site, so you have the freedom to shop and cook to your own taste.
Pool And Outdoor Living
The twelve by six metre pool is set in the garden with eight wooden sunbeds and three Swahili style umbrellas. A poolhouse with shower and toilet sits beside it, along with an outdoor shower and a Swahili gazebo with a fridge and seating.
The Rooftop Terrace

A housekeeper lives on site and is available at any hour, with apartment housekeeping carried out once a week. A night guard is on the grounds from six in the evening until six in the morning. The estate is enclosed by an electric fence and public areas are monitored by video surveillance.

The rooftop terrace is where most guests end up as the heat drops. A Swahili style bar, plenty of seating, and an open outlook across the treetops make it the natural gathering place on the estate.
It has its own shower and toilet, so nobody needs to go back downstairs, and the breeze up here is reliably better than at ground level.

The beach is one thousand metres away, about a fifteen minute walk along the street. It is not a barefoot path, so bring shoes, or drive and park at the beach.
How Many Guests Can You Accommodate?
Each apartment sleeps four guests. Booking both apartments gives you the complete estate for up to eight guests. Extra beds and cots are not available.
Will We Share The Estate With Other Guests?
If you book one apartment, the pool, gardens, gazebo, and rooftop terrace are shared with guests in the other apartment. Book both apartments and the whole estate is yours.
Are Meals Provided?
No. Both apartments are self-catering with fully equipped kitchens. There is no cook on site and meals are not offered, including on request. Supermarkets and restaurants are a short drive away.
Is There A Sea View?
No. The apartments look out over the garden and pool rather than the ocean, and the sea is not within earshot. The rooftop terrace gives the most open outlook on the estate.
Are Children Welcome?
Children from the age of twelve are welcome. We are not able to host younger children, and cots are not available.
